MFP got its start as a policy writing associate hired to support the process of updating and expanding policies and procedures for Spee Braun Consulting, a management consultant who helps International Nongovernmental Organizations (INGOs) and universities with global operations and strategy. This included project management, creating checklists and forms, and editing with an eye on clarity, consistency, and practical applicability in sub-Saharan Africa. While MFP's international NGO experience was useful, it was a deep love and passion for SOPs that sealed the deal. Now the Senior Associate, MFP has worked on additional and new projects from a growing list of clients since 2019.

MFP joined the team of Operators at Endeavor TBD, an operations consulting firm based in Baltimore which works with socially-vested organizations. Through Endeavor, MFP has been able to support incredible organizations on multiple projects as a fractional operator and tactical resource.

Wilkerson PC has called on MFP to help get client engagement letters out the door since 2020. In the hecticness of tax season with returns coming in left and right, their time should be focused on client tax returns. Having never met a merge file we didn’t love, MFP streamlined the engagement letter process, coordinates updating the letters year to year, and produces the annual letters for current and new clients in just a few hours.

MFP helped Ripcord Engineering, a small engineering firm in Portland, Maine, set up the proposals module of their enterprise resource planning system so proposals would take minutes instead of hours. The set-up included reviewing and updating Ripcord's terms and conditions and their proposal templates in concert with legal counsel. MFP also supported Ripcord by leading the HR steps needed to hire the first employee and drafting slides for conference presentations. As Ripcord's CEO says, "MFP handles all the shit I can't handle at any given time."

X3 Consulting called on MFP to help ‘clear out her digital clutter.’ MFP worked together with X3 to whittle down her in box, junk mail, and subscriptions, and set up easy ways to organize her email going forward. Now emails from clients don’t get lost among lacrosse team snack emails and dance rehearsal reminders. Next up, creating a calendar template and method that lets her work hard from 9am to 3pm and Mom hard at all other times.

Sharp Copy Transcription called on MFP to do a deep dive into their project management platform's full functionality to see if it was the right choice for their clients and project needs.
