The CEO of Evergreen Companies called on MFP to complete a critical step in their acquisition of 40+ residential buildings - getting each tenant a specific, personalized packet of information with a copy to the city’s housing department. Knowing that any misstep could delay this multimillion-dollar deal, MFP paid attention to all the details and delivered 300+ personalized certified mail packages all ready for delivery.
When Kennell & Associates downsized and moved their office to the building next door, they called MFP to provide a little extra support to their Operations Director. MFP took over coordinating with the internet provider, securing a contractor to update the wiring and locks, coordinating with the plant vendor, sorting out the electronic recycling, and was onsite on the move days to help coordinate between both locations.
The founder of the Center for Neurocognitive Excellence hired MFP to help develop processes and procedures for onboarding new staff. Deliverables included onboarding checklists and timelines for multiple positions.
API Audio, a company that designs some of the best audio gear in the world, held its 50th-anniversary celebration in NYC during the industry’s annual tradeshow. To free up their own staff to work the tradeshow floor, MFP was hired to be on-site at the venue and coordinate all the day-of logistics from load-in to soundcheck to setting up free swag and the step and repeat. MFP's experience in live concert production and event planning means she always remembers to bring blue tape and Sharpies.
Elysian Energy needed to fill multiple open positions and called in MFP to manage the process. MFP met with the hiring managers, standardized the job descriptions, posted the jobs, kept hiring managers updated, and gently ensured things were moving forward. Six weeks later, all the positions were filled, and a new set of employees was ready to join the team. Two years later, Elysian called on MFP to support the team as they embarked on an ambitious canvassing project.
